Terms of use:  When you use the Mailbox and Flag Company website, you agree to comply and be bound by the listed terms and conditions.  If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, then you should not use the Mailbox and Flag Company website.  The Mailbox and Flag Co. reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time. The current terms will always be posted on the Mailbox and Flag Company website.

Payment Terms:  Payment must be made at time of order unless credit has been established.  Payment methods include Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  Purchase Orders are accepted from government agencies, institutions and businesses with a satisfactory Dun and Bradstreet rating. All credit orders are due 30 days after shipment date.

Prices:  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All prices are in U.S. dollars.  The prices listed do not include applicable taxes and freight unless specifically noted.

Shipping:  All products ship at customers expense unless otherwise noted.  All freight is prepaid and generally ships UPS.  Items that can not be shipped UPS because of their size or configuration will be shipped common carrier.  Common carrier deliveries are tailgate deliveries.  Inside delivery may be requested at an additional charge.  Customers are responsible for paying all ancillary common carrier service charges.

Delivery:  Once orders have shipped, they become the property of the purchaser.  Upon delivery, do a thorough inspection of all packages and note any damages on the carriers delivery receipt.  If the package has any damage, open it and immediately do a detailed inspection.  Count all packages.  Note any shortages on the carriers delivery receipt.  By not reporting damages or shortages on the carriers receipt, it is likely that you have waived your rights to file a claim.  Please note:  IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS, DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.  All original packaging must be retained to file a freight claim.  The carrier will deny the claim without it.  File claims immediately.

Returned Goods:  You must first apply for a Returned Goods Authorization number issued by the Mailbox and Flag Company.  No goods will be accepted without a RGA number displayed on the outside of the shipping package.  Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid and in saleable condition in the original packaging and packaging material within 30 days of receipt.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Items shipped to the customer with free shipping will be charged 10% of the total sales cost to cover the shipping to the customer.  All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Custom Orders and orders over $1500.00 will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

Installation:  Instructions are provided for products which require assembly or installation.  Make sure you contact utility companies before you dig.  Contact your local Post Office for approval and installation requirements before you purchase mailbox products.  If your box requires a USPS control lock, contact your local post office for installation.  This is a free service for USPS approved mailboxes that require a control lock.

Warranty:  All products carry manufacturers warranties which are available upon request.  Warranties are limited to the cost of the product only and do not include shipping, installation or removal costs.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.  We will be glad to assist you with your claim.  Inspect all orders thoroughly when they arrive.  For orders missing parts you must contact us within 10 days of order receipt.  After 10 days we will charge you for replacement parts.
